We are looking for student employees to join our team at the Social Work Library who are committed to excellent customer service in order to support the Boston College School of Social Work and the greater Boston College community. The students in this position will staff the service desk, including assisting patrons in person and on the phone; provide technology support, including scanning, printer maintenance, troubleshooting basic computer issues; and participate in projects including course reserves, inventory, exhibits, etc. Responsibilities also include shelf organization, cleaning, collaborating with co-worker and supervisors, and closing/opening in staff's absence. May include nights and weekends.
