The Walk-In Help Desk on the 3rd floor of O'Neill Library provides help for computer software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, printing, and other issues.
If you're certain the problem is hardware, go to the Hardware Repair Center in O'Neill Library Room 208, near the elevators.
