Many faculty, staff, students, and visitors enter the O’Neill Library each day and our monitors are the ideal spot to publicize your event. Your poster will be visible on monitors located on the Level One of O'Neill, as well as the Level Three main entrance!
Send an email from your BC email address to the Outreach Group (BCL-Outreach-ggroup@bc.edu) to submit an image/poster highlighting your campus organization or departmental event. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
Be sure to include the following in your email:
Monitor Information: The monitors are 1920x1080 (or 16x9), horizontal. If your image is another size, we'll do our best to ensure it fits the monitors as best as possible.
Note: This monitor display option is offered only to members of the Boston College community. The BC Libraries reserve the right to decline to post advertisements on the basis of design or content issues. You will be informed if we are unable to post your advertisement as submitted.
