Thomson One provides timely M&A and corporate transactions data. The Deals Module provides in-depth data on corporate transactions worldwide - including global M&A transactions since 1960s. It shows M&A deals, equity deals, bond deals, and loan deals, and also shows deal volumes.

Choose Screening & Analysis and then mouse over the Deals & League Tables tab to select M&A, Equity, Bonds, etc..

Also, add Thomson.One to "Compatibility View Settings" under Tools in Internet Explorer.

MergerTrak (found under Subscriber Tools - Company News) tracks company mergers, spin-offs and acquisitions from the announcement date to resolution and post-merger organizational changes back to 1976. Limited to one simultaneous user.

Available in O'Neill Library, workstation B1. Restricted to current BC community. M&A are available in this version of Capital IQ. Search for company name and look for a link to transactions in the left column or use the "screening" tab and click on the Transaction link.
