The Social Work Library (SWL) Gallery Space is available to library staff for library-related meetings and events, and the Boston College School of Social Work faculty (BCSSW) and staff for BCSSW sponsored events. It is not available for use as a classroom or for non-university-related activities.
SWL Gallery Room access is provided as a convenience and service to the library and campus community. Please respect all rules and responsibilities to ensure the continued availability of the facility. The Gallery Space is an open space and can not be blocked off. The library will remain operational during the event, although exceptions may apply. Due to the proximity of students and patrons using the library, please keep the noise level at a minimum.
It is the responsibility of the coordinator of the event to ensure all setups, catering, phone access and other needs are met. When hosting outside groups, the coordinating staff or faculty member must be on-hand to greet their guests and provide proper setup.
