Following are links to general information on institutional policy toward research data in institutions of higher learning; Boston College policy adheres to these general principles.
"Data" means all of the information collected and generated in the course of a research project. BC makes a distinction between research data and administrative data about research, and each of these types of data are addressed separately in institutional policies.
