A professional society since 1888, we advance research and connect the diverse global mathematical community through publications, meetings and conferences, MathSciNet, professional services, advocacy, and awareness programs.

The ASA is the world’s largest community of statisticians. Since 1839, the ASA has supported excellence in the development, application, and dissemination of statistical science through meetings, publications, membership services, education, accreditation, and advocacy.

Since its founding in 1971 by a small but passionate group of women mathematicians, the AWM has grown into a leading society for women in the mathematical sciences, and is one of the societies comprising the Conference Board of the Mathematical Sciences.

The MAA is the world’s largest community of mathematicians, students, and enthusiasts. We further the understanding of our world through mathematics because mathematics drives society and shapes our lives.

The NAM is a non-profit professional organization in the mathematical sciences with membership open to all persons interested in the mission and purpose of NAM which are: promoting excellence in the mathematical sciences, and promoting the mathematical development of all underrepresented minorities.

The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics is a global community that seeks to advance the application of mathematics and computational science to engineering, industry, science, and society; promote research that will lead to effective new mathematical and computational methods and techniques for science, engineering, industry, and society; and provide media for the exchange of information and ideas among mathematicians, engineers, and scientists.

SMAI is a French scientific society founded in 1983 that promotes applied mathematics through research, publications, education and training.

The SMF is a French mathematical society which aims to promote research in mathematics. The SMF is interested in mathematics in all their aspects: advances in research, teaching at all levels, interactions with science and technology, dissemination and popularization.
