State parole office websites often provide detailed information about parole processes and conditions. Review your state's website to gather information. Use a search engine like Google to search for the parole office by keyword.
This database from the National Council of State Legislatures allows you to review recent legislation related to parole in a specific state. Choose topics such as "Reentry Barriers and Access to Services," "Reentry Oversight" or "Reentry Programs" from the topics in the database and then select a state.
