Please note that the more information you are able to provide in the copy request form, the quicker it is to process the request.  If you do not have the information you need to complete the form, try referencing the table of contents for the journal or book on the publisher's website or through Google Books.

If it is impossible for you to fully complete the required fields, though, make sure you submit the request with adequate time to complete your assignment.  With increased demand for copies during the pandemic, it can take 2-3 weeks to receive the content.

If you do not have the complete information to complete the required fields, you may do the following:

• Complete the chapter/article title field to the best of your ability, offering a detailed description that will help it to be differentiated from other material in the volume.  If you are seeking a chapter from a Bible commentary, you can enter "chapter covering Matthew 5-7," for example.
• If you do not know the page range, you can enter "(I do not know the page range)" into the corresponding field to satisfy the form validation.
• If you know it, add the author of the article/chapter in the "Article author" field, along with any other supplementary details you can provide.
