The Walk-In Help Desk, located in O'Neill Library 3rd floor, provides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, printing, and other such issues. Usually open every day.
This Remote Access Guide explains how to access resources from off-campus. If you have problems connecting to library resources, Ask Us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Start by calling ITS-Help at 617-552-HELP(4357). Staff there should be able to help you immediately, or they can start the ball rolling to get your problem resolved.
If you're certain the problem is hardware, go to the Hardware Repair Center in O'Neill Library Room 208, near the elevators.
