The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) maintains two labs with a suite of software. The rooms can be booked as needed or for an entire semester contingent on availability.
Stata 16 and 17 is available through BC Apps as a virtual machine as well as on the computers in the CTE labs mentioned above.
