MESA 7460 Interpretation and Evaluation of Research

The main literature review is the second component of your research proposal.  You are not expected to do a truly comprehensive review, but should include at least 8 sources relevant to the research problem and questions you addressed in the first part of your proposal.

In 4-5 double spaced pages, your review should address the following:

  • The search terms and process you used to select the sources for your review.

A summary that synthesizes the literature in terms of current state of research on your research problem. This means that you will not list every study, but rather attempt to organize the findings in a meaningful way.

Use APA format.
