- 19th Century British Library Newspapers
Contains full runs of 48 newspapers specially selected by the British Library that best represent nineteenth century Britain. Collection includes national and regional newspapers, as well as those from both established country or university towns and the new industrial powerhouses of the manufacturing Midlands, as well as Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

Two hundred years of "the world's newspaper of record," the Times of London, is offered in searchable full text, including news articles, editorials, obituaries, and advertising. Either individual articles or entire pages can be viewed as facsimile images.

This online resource offers access to fourteen national and regional Irish newspapers, covering dates from 1763 to the present. Search, retrieve and view pages from the newspapers as they originally appeared. Papers include The Freeman's Journal, 1763-1924 and the Irish Independent, 1905-2003.
