Off-campus:  We use EZproxy software to authenticate users for off-campus access. If you are running firewall or anti-virus software, you may need to disable this software to connect to some databases.

Password problem: Contact the Help Center at 617.552.HELP. Students who receive the message "That BC User ID or Password was incorrect", may be listed as unregistered. Students should contact Student Services directly about activating their account.
