A podcast is an episodic series of audio files that can be downloaded or streamed online. It is usually focused around a common theme or topic.
There are multiple styles of podcast to consider, such as interview-based, conversational, and solo styles. The style that you choose for your project will impact the structure of your podcast. When choosing a style, it is best to keep your audience in mind. Who are you trying to reach? What are you trying to tell them? Your podcast can stick to one style or be a hybrid. Observe some of the podcasts that you enjoy, and think about their style and structure for guidance.
