Google Scholar is a great platform for scholars - full text thesis and dissertations can be found through searches, and it has a very good reputation for having consistent academic records. Many authors have Google Scholar IDs which are associated with their published or reviewed works. Google Scholar is a great place to look for journal inclusion.
The good news is that OJS has a built in Plugin for indexing in Google Scholar.
