Creating Pages on your Journal Website

:

Getting Started

This guide will demonstrate how to create a static page on your journals website while making sure it is accessible to readers.

Static Pages: What, Why, and How

As you are creating a space for your journal to appear online, you may want to create a helpful information page to help guide your readers, or perhaps, you want to create a page that has more information about the history of your journal.  Both would be a reason to create a Static Page in OJS.

A Static Page is basically just a new page that isn't automatically associated with article publishing or the rest of the submission workflow.  Creating a static page is a way to express a general thought or information to your audience.

This LibGuide will help in:

  1. Creating a Static Page from scratch using the OJS dashboard and also
  2. Creating a clear path to your static page so that it can be easily linked to and found.
