Overview

When you have computing or printing trouble, where do you go?

Introduction

Help is available at the Technology Help Desk in O'Neill Library on the third floor, and during high-traffic hours at the Circulation Desk on the third floor.  Walk-in Help Support and Help Center Phone Support Hours. 

General Technical Help

Start by calling ITS-Help at 617-552-HELP(4357). Staff there should be able to help you immediately, or they can start the ball rolling to get your problem resolved. 

Remote Access to Resources

This Remote Access Guide explains how to access resources from off-campus.  If you have problems connecting to library resources, call the O'Neill Reference Desk during regular hours at 617-552-4472 or Report a Problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

In O'Neill Library

The Technology Help Desk on the 3rd floor of O'Neill Library provides help with installing software, printing, wifi connection, O'Neill computer workstations, and other common problems.

Hardware

If you're certain the problem is hardware, go to the Hardware Repair Center in O'Neill Library Room 208, near the elevators.
