There are several ways of finding information about crisis leadership. One way is to search the databases listed under the Articles tab using words such as: crisis leadership, crisis management, crisis communication, etc.
Another way is to use Factiva, one of the ibraries' databases to find articles which allows you to limit your search to articles that report only on negative events. To limit your search in Factiva mouse over the "Search" tab at the top of the page and click on Search Builder. Click on "Factiva Expert Search", then on "PR Reptuation Drives" (see ex. #1 below) and then find "Negative Mentions" (see ex. #2). Click on Negative Mentions once. You can now do a very broad search using a term like "company" or you could enter the name of the company. Also, be sure to expand the date range.
