This LibGuide is intended to help you with the scholarly resources available for researching  a specific material or technique in the Mediterranean world, such as marbles, mosaic, glass, gold, ivory, silk, textiles, paper, ornament and patterns, books, wall painting, etc., with an emphasis on cross-cultural developments  It is arranged in logical steps, but each tab can be consulted independently.

The Art and Architecture books (call numbers beginning with N) and Photography books (call numbers beginning with TR) are housed in the Bapst Art Library
